Any cost shared before a clinical examination is an indicative estimate only. The final treatment plan and cost are confirmed after examination and diagnostics.

Treatment plans may need to be revised mid-course based on healing response, bone condition, oral hygiene, or other clinical findings. Where a revision affects the cost, we will inform you and seek your consent before proceeding.

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable as per the schedule agreed at the time of treatment planning.
• Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
• Treatment involving multiple sittings may require a booking amount or stage-wise payments before the corresponding stage begins.
• Laboratory-fabricated components such as crowns, dentures, and aligner trays are ordered only after the applicable payment is received.
• You are responsible for any bank, gateway, or currency conversion charges levied by your payment provider.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Disclose your complete medical history, current medications, allergies, and any existing conditions before treatment begins.
• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by your dentist.
• Attend scheduled review and maintenance appointments, which are essential to the success of implants and aligner treatment.
• Maintain the oral hygiene standards advised by your dental team.

Outcomes may be adversely affected, and any applicable warranty on treatment may be void, if these responsibilities are not met.

Dentistry is not an exact science. While our team follows established clinical protocols and uses quality materials, we cannot guarantee a specific result. Outcomes vary between patients based on bone quality, healing capacity, general health, habits such as smoking, and adherence to aftercare.
